Ready to go! Starting with a training session before some serious baking began, here's what Day 1 looked like:

Covering everything from food hygiene,
personal hygiene and the ins and outs of baking.

Trays are ready!

As are the ovens - 5 ovens, 5 racks in each,
2 trays per rack, 6 biscuits per tray...
that's 300 biscuits in the oven at any time when we get started.

And getting started we did!
